A game of self-love. Cards that teach you how to fall in love with yourself again.
People don't fail to change because they're lazy. What's actually happening is sadder than that. They give up before they become someone, because the gap between starting and seeing results is too wide for the human brain to tolerate. Without daily evidence that the new version of them is real, they slip back into the version of themselves they already know.
Today I Am Cards closes that gap. Not by promising faster results, but by bringing back something you lost somewhere between childhood and adulthood, the ability to play your way into who you're becoming. This is the gamification of self-love. 52 areas of your life to revisit, update, and grow through, one card at a time, one day at a time, until the new identity isn't something you're working towards anymore. It's just who you are. And you can't lose if you keep playing.
HOW THE CARDS WORK
Each Today I Am Card is built from three parts, working together on a cognitive, energetic, and behavioural level simultaneously.
The Affirmation sets the main theme for your day. The word "Today" is deliberate, it creates a sense of urgency that makes the practice feel immediate and achievable. You don't have to become someone new forever. You just have one day to fulfil this card. That's it.
The Mantra is your repetition tool. Words you carry through your activities, on the commute, at your desk, brushing your teeth, until the phrase stops living in your conscious mind and starts living in your unconscious one. This is how new beliefs actually form, not through one big moment of deciding, but through thousands of small moments of choosing.
The Action makes it tangible. A suggestion, sometimes something you can do right now today, sometimes something that expands into possibility and asks you to dream a little bigger than yesterday. The card guides. You lead.
This is not passive. This is a daily practice of becoming.
YOUR MORNING RITUAL
You've finished your yoga, or your run, or whatever movement makes you feel like yourself again. You have five minutes before the day begins. You reach for your Today I Am Cards, feel the weight of the deck in your hand, pull one card, and read it slowly. That's your affirmation for the day. Your mantra. Your one action.
From that moment, the card travels with you. On the underground you're quietly repeating it to yourself. Brushing your teeth you catch your own eyes in the mirror and say it out loud. Not because you fully believe it yet. Because you're choosing to, one repetition at a time, until your unconscious mind stops arguing and starts agreeing.
The physical deck is for slowing down. Like a bath. You hold the cards in your hands and feel the weight of what's possible. The tactile experience alone awakens something, creativity, dreams, the quiet sense that more is available to you than your everyday life is currently showing you.
52 cards. Each one a full spectrum of colour because your inner child doesn't do black and white. And on the back of every single card, a tattooed naked woman. Every shape. Every size. Every age. Every background. Pregnant bodies. Post-mastectomy bodies. Big bodies. Small bodies. Every one of them unapologetic and beautiful. Before you've read a single affirmation, the cards are already telling you the truth: you are already enough, exactly as you are.
Wrapped in tissue paper with a golden stamp seal, nestled inside a deep green velvety pouch that feels like a warm hug, arriving in your hands ready to gift or ready to keep. The unboxing alone feels like a ceremony.
FROM THE CREATOR
I know what it feels like to stay down for a long time.
There are only two directions from that place. Further down, into the version of yourself that feels less and less like you. Or, if a small voice deep inside is still telling you there is more to you, you get up and start adding light back in, slowly, one small thing at a time.
I came back to the memory of me when I was 19, so happy, with limitless possibilities and unstoppable. So I started to uplift myself, and that, slowly, let me get back to real me. Back to the woman who loves her life.
Today I Am Cards were created from that journey. Not from a place of having it all figured out, but from the lived knowledge of what it actually takes to find your way back to yourself. I created them because I know there are so many people who are feeling exactly what I felt. And I wanted to give them a way. Not a quick fix. Not a motivational poster. A real, daily, sensory practice that works on every level simultaneously, because when you're that low, words alone don't reach you. You need colours. You need soft touch. You need smell and feeling and action. You need all five senses firing at once, pulling you back into your body, back into your life, back into yourself.
That's what these cards are. That's why they exist.
You came here for a reason.
Maybe you're ready for the next version of yourself. The one who travels more, laughs more, lives more intentionally, wakes up excited about the day ahead. That version of you isn't far away. She's one daily practice from becoming your normal.
